Just a little "Smack in the Face" Reminder

I read these words the other day...
Fall in love with your life.
Wake up early, buy your favourite coffee,
go for walks, eat good food,
wear what makes you feel confident and
listen to your favourite music.
Purposefully create these small moments
that make you fall in love with your life.
Read these words again if you have to.

We ALL get caught up in life. Yet we forget that we are SO LUCKY TO BE ALIVE!!!
To BE YOU is approximately a
1 in 400 TRILLION chance. š³
(that's trillion with a 'T' folks!)
Read THAT again if you have to.
Now let's ADD to this fact... NONE of us know when it will all be over. It WILL end. We just don't know when.
I'm NOT trying to be dark, depressing or morbid. I'm BEING REAL (which we are good at avoiding sometimes).
We COMPARE our lives and all of our "should's" to OTHERS...
We SHOULD ourselves (and others) constantly...
We LISTEN to EVERYONE and EVERYTHING else, while we put ourselves DEAD LAST...
STOP avoiding what makes YOU happy!
START making these things part of your EVERY SINGLE DAY in your INCREDIBLY RARE AND LUCKY LIFE THAT IS YOURS!!!
Don't wait for life to "slow down"!!! Think about that!? You're going to put YOUR happiness, YOUR health, YOUR LIFE on hold????? š¤
Life DOES NOT slow down (we all know that).
Life ONLY slows down because YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE IT happen!!!!

We all love different things, which is what makes being human special, exciting and interesting. Yet we fall into the trap of "worrying" what everyone ELSE is doing to make THEM happy and/or we fear people will frown upon the things we do for ourselves that make us happy.
YOU have ONE PRECIOUS life, that in the grand scheme of things lasts for a "split second". PUT as many SILLY, WEIRD, FUN LITTLE HAPPY THINGS INTO your each and EVERY day...
AND WATCH YOUR HEALTH & SPIRIT SOAR!

(You don't "suck at it" - You just don't practice it)
Do you have a REALLY hard time figuring out what makes YOU happy?
(It's VERY hard to figure that out when you don't ALLOW yourself time to BE happy)
Do you know what makes you happy but can't seem to make it part of your days?
(It's just habit, that's all. Anything CAN become a habit - good or bad. You just need to take the steps to MAKE IT happen)
