Booking appointments

New to Zenergy? To schedule an apt with us you may be asked to provide your credit card information at the time of booking to guarantee and confirm your reservation. Gift Certificates may be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. At the time of booking you will also be asked to provide your full name and contact information. Your information is confidential, and will be held as part of our cancellation policy. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout you may choose your preferred method of payment. Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a detailed booking confirmation email. One week before your appointment you will receive a reminder email + 24hrs prior to your apt you will receive another email asking you to confirm your attendance - this is IMPORTANT!
so your service provider knows your coming. 

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Notice is required
when cancelling or rescheduling individual appointments. If you are unable to
keep your scheduled appointment we ask that you kindly notify us 24 hours in advance. 
If you “No Show” or late cancel, you are subject to 50% of the cost of your original service price. This charge must be paid on or before your next appointment. Please understand everyone's TIME is valuable and for that reason we have felt the need to implement this policy. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the studio specifically for your service.
