'Coach D' brings over two decades of experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry. From over a decade of training amateur to elite athletes, to spending the latter part of his career working with the everyday human to feel good from the inside out, 'Coach D' approaches health with long term sustainable practices as the priority.
Helping people feel confident in their own skin and their own health, re-learning to trust their body, creating self-compassion and confidence in their body's abilities is a refreshing approach for many who have "tried it all" and feel like a "failure". He specializes in mindset, habits and helping people find their own practical and realistic approach to their well-being.
