Consider LESS vs More

Here's a quick question:


What LITTLE bit can I do, consistently that will be EASY for me to fit into my days??


Most of us...


1) Don't consider this question because "it's not enough" / it feels like it "won't be enough"

2) If we do consider it, we don't DO IT long enough for any considerable impact


If you're struggling to DO something that will create positive change in your health, consider something that's JUST A LITTLE bit better than where you're at / what you're doing, right NOW.... And then DO IT! Here's some quick ideas... 👇


🏋 Thinking of starting to do a strength routine? Instead of jumping into some elaborate 45-60min plan, pick 3-exercises and DO THEM consistently, each week, 2-3 days per week. That's it!


🚶Want to walk more, but don't walk much/consistently now? Everyday, go walk for 10min. It might be to the end of your street, around the block, or just to the local park and back. JUST walk 10min daily.


🥕 Think you need to eat more vegetables? Add 1 or 2 servings of vegetables into each day (Make a fist - that size and depth is approx 1-serving of veggies). Not each meal. Each DAY. That's it.


🛌 Need to adjust your sleep habits? Go to bed 10min earlier than normal. Not an hour earlier or at 9pm when you currently are going to bed between 11pm-Midnight... just 10min earlier.

If you're like most people thinking "that can't possibly help - there must be more to it", let me put two more thoughts into your head...


1) Doing that "it sounds too easy" habit/practice, will give you MORE focus on YOURSELF and YOUR HEALTH in your week than you're currently doing. And that builds over time. 😉


2) By starting with "just a little bit more/better" and EASY, as you slowly build your practice you might realize you don't need to go as long or in depth as you initially thought... because your feeling awesome! 😀 But if you jump "all in" right away .... you'll never know, and quite possibly revert back to your state.
