As always, Donna Ashworth's words make me smile and they certainly have a place here on the Zen blog. 👇
Just Begin
By Donna Ashworth
There is a fine line between trusting the process and waiting for something to happen. And the word to focus on here is waiting. Don't wait. Just begin. There is always one teeny tiny step you can take towards your dream, whilst the universe is busy engineering your next bridge. And if you are not in the action of doing, as well as being, within your mental wishing well - then waiting is wasting your precious time. Begin. You don't need to be ready. The word ready has prevented more dreams being realized than anything else because we can never be fully ready. It is important that we begin imperfectly. And afraid. And carry on just like that too. The magic only truly sparks when wonky wheels are in motion. Don't wait. Just begin. The process starts with you standing up and saying, let's go...
Donna's words are so powerful and NEED to be heard. There's so much talking, thinking, complaining, wanting and wishing in the world today it seems... But little DOING. That key component of JUST BEGIN, evades so many of us today.
Beginning - is what drives YOUR CHANGE.
Beginning - is what drives YOUR MOTIVATION.
Beginning -is what CHANGES YOUR HEALTH and WELLBEING in POSITIVE WAYS.
Just Begin.
