Grounding
Stability & Habit Foundations
Focus: Establishing the "non-negotiables"—Sleep, stress management, basic movement habits and ground level mindset to name a few.
Best for: Those who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, just getting started, constantly cycling through feeling like "nothing works" or are currently "winging it" with their health and wellbeing.
The Goal: To move from "winging it" to a place of stability. Through close guidance and consistent check-ins, we create a baseline of energy and understanding that doesn't crumble when life gets busy.
Monthly Framework
2 Allotted In-depth Strategy Sessions per month: 45-minute consultations (in-studio, virtual or phone) to troubleshoot your "non-negotiables," refine technical movement, and pivot your plan based on the previous two weeks.
Weekly Foundation Checks: Your Coach will provide a dedicated review of your progress and data every Friday. From there adjustments, questions/concerns and accountability needed to keep your build on track can be set heading into a new week.
Direct Coaching Access: Messaging support within our app for guidance and course correction as life's challenges arise.
The Commitment: $350/mth (6-12 months)*
*After 6-months, you and your Coach will be able to make an informed decision to continue working within the "Grounding" framework or move to the "Integrating" progression.

Integrating
Strength & Lifestyle Design
Focus: Skill-based, consistent health practices, strengthening resilience and mindsets to handle social and professional life.
Best for: Those who have a foundation but struggle to see progress or don't know how to integrate their health into their busy lifestyle.
The Goal: To move from guided stability toward lifestyle autonomy. This is a collaborative partnership where we bridge the gap between on-going support and independence, strengthening your self-accountability while ensuring your physiology can handle high-demand days.
Monthly Framework
1 In-depth Strategy Session per month: A 45-minute monthly deep-dive to review your "Lifestyle Autonomy," refine advanced techniques, and adjust your blueprint for the month ahead.
Bi-Weekly Foundations Check: Your Coach will send a review of your progress and habits every other Friday to ensure your consistency remains high as you take more ownership of the build.
The Collaborative Portal: Ongoing access to our app for tracking and data review, with messaging support to help bridge the gap between coach support and autonomy.
The Commitment: $275/mth (3-months)

Expanding
Longevity & Mindset Mastery
Focus: Precision optimization of health practices, advanced recovery strategies, while dialing in the nuances of deep health.
Best for: Those who have already solidified their foundations of deep health and are ready to master the 'owner-operator' phase of their health.
The Goal: Where your health functions as a seamless, resilient asset that supports your life without constant intervention.
Monthly Framework
1 Quarterly Strategy Session: A 45-minute deep-dive every 90 days to look at the "Long Game"—adjusting your blueprint for seasonal shifts, new life goals, or advanced vitality markers.
Monthly Blueprint Check: A formal monthly review sent by your Coach, of your data and habits. I provide a "Blueprint Update" via the app to ensure your systems are running at peak efficiency.
The Coach's Support: Continuous access to our tracking app and resource library, with messaging support for questions or quick strategy adjustments.
The Commitment: $150/mth
