Stress Management Coaching can help you re-learn listening to your body's signs and symptoms of chronic stress, while helping you develop tools and strategies to help manage it. We can feel so much better and healthier, when we understand chronic stress, it's impacts and take action on it to manage stress that will naturally be present in our days.
Personal Commitment:
Initial session $150: Includes assessment forms, consultation and your first personal stress management strategy plan.
Follow up sessions: $75
Re-evaluate your personal data gathered since your previous session, follow-up plan designed to continue building your stress management strategies.

However, this coaching service can offer people an affordable outlet to help put their recommended therapy tools and strategies into action so that they may need their therapist less often over time and to have an extra support to implement the therapist's recommendations. It can also help others who are not seeing a counsellor or therapist, take action to manage stress and perhaps not need to seek one out once their stress is being managed.
It offers the opportunity to have a supportive professional also recognize if/when therapy may be necessary and can help you in searching for options in your local area.
